BookMyClass is free to start. Pro removes the limit on free bookings, allows bigger sessions and lowers the booking fee on paid bookings.

What each plan includes

  • Free: unlimited classes and events, unlimited paid bookings, 100 free bookings in any 30-day period, sessions of up to 30 places, 5% booking fee on paid bookings.
  • Pro: everything in Free, unlimited free bookings, sessions of up to 150 places, 1% booking fee on paid bookings and priority support. 99 SEK per month, or €8 in the eurozone.
  • On both plans you choose whether you pay the booking fee or pass it on to participants (see "Booking fees").

How free bookings are counted

  • Every booking on a free class made in the last 30 days counts, including bookings that were later cancelled, waiting-list entries and requests.
  • Paid bookings never count toward the limit.
  • When the limit is reached, new free bookings are refused until older ones fall outside the 30-day window. Your current usage is shown on the "Billing Plan" page.
  • A weekly free event with more than about 20 people a week needs Pro.

Upgrade to Pro

You can cancel any time; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period, and you can reactivate it before then.

  1. Go to "Billing Plan".
  2. Choose Pro and continue to Stripe's secure checkout.
  3. Pay with a card. Your plan changes as soon as the payment is confirmed.
