Getting started

• Getting started: create your account and booking page: Sign up for BookMyClass, verify your email, choose your booking page address and create your first class or event in a few minutes.

Classes and events

• Create a class or event: How to create a class or event in BookMyClass: title, capacity, duration, location, waiting list, price, cancellation deadline, description and picture.
• Schedule dates: single, recurring and all-day sessions: Add sessions to a class in BookMyClass: one-off dates, recurring weekly sessions, or a full day of back-to-back slots.
• Locations and venues: Add the places where your classes and events happen, with an address and a map link shown on your booking page.

Payments

• Get paid: connect Stripe: Set up payments in BookMyClass with Stripe: choose your country, complete onboarding and receive payouts for paid bookings directly to your bank account.
• Prices and currency: Set a price for a class or event in SEK, EUR or NOK, take payment when people book, and let people book several places at once.
• Cancellations and refunds: How cancellations work in BookMyClass: the cancellation deadline, automatic refunds for paid bookings, and cancelling a session as an organizer.
• Booking fees: who pays and how much: How the BookMyClass booking fee works on paid bookings (5% on Free, 1% on Pro) and how to pass it on to participants instead of paying it yourself.

Bookings

• Capacity and waiting list: Limit the number of places per session and let people join a waiting list that fills cancelled places automatically.
• Approve bookings manually (booking requests): Turn off auto-accept to approve free bookings yourself: people send a request and you accept or deny it from the Dashboard.
• See and manage participants: See who is booked on each session, add people manually, and email everyone booked on a class.
