Booking page for art, craft and creative workshops

Creative workshops are usually small, with materials bought in advance for a fixed number of people. A no-show costs you materials as well as a spot. Taking payment when people book, with a clear cancellation deadline, protects both.

Typical events

  • Painting and drawing evenings
  • Ceramics and pottery workshops
  • Knitting, sewing and textile classes
  • Flower arranging and wreath making

How to set it up with BookMyClass

  1. Create a class per workshop with date, time, venue and a small capacity.
  2. Set a price that includes materials and connect Stripe to take payment when people book.
  3. Set a cancellation deadline that matches when you buy materials, for example 72 hours.
  4. Describe what is included and what to bring.
  5. Share the booking link on Instagram, in newsletters or with the venue.
