Sign-up page for running clubs and group training sessions

Weekly runs and outdoor training sessions often start in a group chat. That works until the group grows: you lose track of who is coming, sessions get too big, and paid sessions mean chasing people for money. A sign-up page with a fixed number of spots fixes that.

How to set it up with BookMyClass

1. Create a class for the session type, for example "Tuesday intervals", with the meeting point as location.
2. Add the recurring dates so members always see the next sessions.
3. Set a capacity that fits the coach or the route, and turn on the waiting list.
4. Keep it free, or set a price for coached sessions and take card payment when people sign up.
5. Pin the link in your group chat and social profiles.

Tips

• Add a map link to the meeting point; it is shown on the booking page.
• If the weather changes plans, email everyone booked on that session in one go.
• Free sessions count toward the 100 free bookings every 30 days on the free plan, and sessions hold up to 30 people. A weekly group of more than about 20, or a bigger group run, needs Pro (99 SEK / €8 a month).

Pricing

Free to start: unlimited events and paid bookings, 100 free bookings every 30 days and up to 30 places per session, with a 5% fee on paid bookings. Pro costs 99 SEK (€8) a month: unlimited free bookings, up to 150 places and a 1% fee. You choose whether you or the participant pays the fee. Payments go through Stripe to your own account.
